Located in New Milford, Connecticut,  A PIECE OF CAKE opened in 1993. It started out as a home bakeshop and, as a matter of fact, it still is! However, over the years, our product line has expanded. We make custom cakes featuring airbrush designs, with our biggest emphasis on WEDDING CAKES.

We are fully licensed and insured and all of our products are

* We now have a second location at 568 Danbury Road, New Milford, CT. HOURS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. This is where we design our gift baskets and meet brides for cake tasting.
